DMCA Infringement Notification Policy

HB Hoops, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy is in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. S.512, which provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that their rights under U.S. copyright law are being infringed upon through online content.
How to Submit a DMCA Infringement Notification:
If you believe that your copyrighted material is being used on our website without permission, you may submit a DMCA Infringement Notification to request its removal. To file a DMCA complaint, please include the following information in writing and send it to our designated DMCA Agent:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on our site (please provide a URL or other location identifier).
- Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, HB Hoops, LLC will act expeditiously to review the claim and, as appropriate, will remove or disable access to the disputed content in compliance with the DMCA, 17 U.S.C. S.512(c)(1)(C). If access to the material is removed or disabled in response to a valid DMCA notification, HB Hoops, LLC will also make a good-faith effort to contact the content provider with information about the takedown and how they may submit a counter-notification if they believe the content was removed in error.
