Our refund policy ensures fair treatment of all participants. Please review the terms below carefully, as HB Hoops, LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy after March 15, 2025, for all league-related fees and services.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following circumstances only if requested on or before March 15, 2025:

Non-Delivery of Service: If a scheduled service, such as a training session or event, was not provided as agreed, a full refund will be issued.

Process for Requesting a Refund 

To initiate a refund request before March 15, 2025, please contact our customer support team by email at hbhoopsllc@gmail.com with your order or account details. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Non-Refundable Products and Services 

Certain products and services are ineligible for refunds, including:

League Registration Fees: All league fees are non-refundable after March 15, 2025.

Merchandise: Personalized merchandise and digital downloads are not eligible for refunds, as specified at the time of purchase.

Processing Time 

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Liability Disclaimer 

HB Hoops, LLC, and all affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other incidents that may occur during league activities. Participation in HB Hoops programs is voluntary, and participants agree to assume full responsibility for any associated risks.
